Organising Conferences

Required documents:

  1. application for approval to organize an event or scientific event
  2. cost estimate – if the event will generate any costs or if there will be proceeds from conference fees
  3. a letter, addressed to the Vice-Chancellor for CM Affairs Mr. Prof. Dr. Dariusz Grzanka through the Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs and Education Ms. Dr. Monika Walachowska, Prof. UMK, for permission to organize the conference (in the letter briefly describe what the conference is, what scope, etc.).

The documents should be submitted to the Recruitment and Student Affairs Department of the CM, room 1.9, 2nd floor, building A, at 13 Jagiellońska Street.

After the event is over, it should be accounted for.
