- Submit an application for financing to athe Student Scientific Society, including details of your travel and participation (together with a cost estimate)
- Attach the abstract of your paper and confirmation of your participation from the organiser
- Remember to do it at least 2 weeks before the conference
- If you receive the organiser’s confirmation later than 2 weeks before the conference, contact us – we’ll see what can be done 😉
- Remember that the correctness of the documents you submit also affects your financing
