Section I – Students who are NOT applying for conference travel funding
The Student Scientific Society (STN) is obliged to report every student trip to a scientific conference. For this reason, we request that every student participating in a scientific conference (both active and passive participation) fill out the “Application” available on our website.
STEP 1: If students are not applying for travel funding, all elements of the application must be completed EXCEPT FOR:
- Conference fee cost
- Travel cost and its form (e.g., bus, train)
- Accommodation costs (total)
- Number of nights
- Total cost of the trip
If the student is not presenting a scientific paper at the conference (passive participation), the following should also be omitted:
- Title of the paper accepted by the organizer
- Type of presentation (oral presentation/poster)
In the cells intended for this information, enter “-” or “not applicable” (N/A).
It is also mandatory to obtain the signature and stamp of the scientific circle supervisor!
STEP 2: The completed application must be sent to stncmumk@gmail.com
STEP 3: The STN forwards the received document to the Recruitment and Student Affairs Office and the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education. The application, with a positive opinion from the Vice-Rector, serves as the basis for excusing your absence from university classes.
